Chef Alan Dee
Alan Dee is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of professional experience. He is a graduate of " Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy " in Ottawa where he was trained in the classic foundations of French cuisine.
Having worked in French, Italian, and Spanish restaurants in Montreal, Ottawa, and finally here in Vancouver allowed Alan the opportunity to develop his passion and knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine.
Along the way he gained experience working in the catering industry for 3 years and enjoys working closely with people to help make their special events as enjoyable as possible.
Chef Alan loves cooking with the flavours and ingredients of the Mediterranean which naturally lend themselves to a healthy diet, but he also appreciates the joy of cooking dishes from many corners of the world and is also a big fan of good old North American comfort food.
Chef Alan realizes that great tasting meals and a healthy diet play a very important role in our lives and he is dedicated in bringing his years of culinary experience and passion for food to his client's table.
